Love Success Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager in the Greater London area to lead operational excellence across systems, processes, and governance. Hybrid role with 2/3 days in the office, reporting to the COO and partnering with senior leadership and external partners.

The role requires hands‑on Salesforce expertise, strong data quality and reporting capabilities, and a pragmatic, commercially minded leadership style to drive transformation and efficiency across

Formación

• Significant senior operations leadership experience in SME consultancy, professional services or entrepreneurial organisations.
• Hands‑on Salesforce experience including reporting, data quality and user adoption.
• Strong organisational, pragmatic and commercially astute leadership with ability to balance delivery and strategy.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and operational compliance is important.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day‑to‑day operational management, embedding systems and standards aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee full employee and consultant lifecycle with a positive, well‑organised experience.
• Manage digital and IT infrastructure with external suppliers for security and reliability.
• Oversee quality, compliance and operational assurance framework with COO and advisers.
• Lead, coach and develop the operations team and establish clear priorities and accountability.
• Take hands‑on ownership of the Salesforce CRM, maintaining data quality and useful reporting.
• Oversee office operations, facilities and day‑to‑day workplace management.
