Job summary

Apogee Corporation Ltd is seeking an organized and customer-focused individual to join our operations team, coordinating the delivery of essential supplies and services and managing customer requests.

You will monitor stock levels, analyse data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer requirements, while driving continuous improvement in processes and service delivery. The role offers hybrid working with some remote days as part of a five-day week.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles.
• Strong Excel and Office skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities are required.
• Ability to analyse data and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumable supply requests, orders, fulfilment and exceptions.
• Collaborate with customers to promote best-practice consumables management.
• Analyse device data and reporting to identify customer requirements.
• Validate ad hoc requests for buffer and spare stock.
• Investigate and resolve consumables-related queries and escalations.
• Monitor and report on customer stock levels and consumption trends.
• Support return and recovery of surplus consumables.
• Use remote monitoring tools to improve automation and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with customer-facing, technical, logistics and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
