Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee employee data and HR system accuracy, including payroll interface.
• Manage monthly payroll process.
• Support governance and consistency of HR policies.
• Allocate resources and ensure service levels are met.
• Identify improvements and automation across people operations.
• Produce people data, reports and dashboards for decisions (pay gap reporting).
