Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an analytical Operations Administrator to support the Operations Director by owning data, pricing administration, ERP systems support, and process improvements across the business.

The role focuses on data accuracy and system administration, helping ensure business-critical information is maintained, analysed and utilised effectively, with a hybrid work pattern (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP environment.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis/m manipulation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage large volumes of operational and commercial data.
• Review, validate and update pricing information across systems.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and system issues.
• Perform data imports, updates and maintenance activities.
• Produce reports and analysis using Excel and ERP systems.
• Work closely with manufacturing sites and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with workflow and process improvements.
• Support the Operations Director with systems-related projects and administrative tasks.
• Ensure operational data is maintained to a high level of accuracy and integrity.
