Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an ERP Support Manager for a Drinks FMCG business in London. The role focuses on supporting a key ERP system, maintaining data accuracy, and developing processes with input from Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing.

You will work with a senior systems lead to resolve discrepancies, implement improvements, and define requirements for new modules. Strong IT knowledge and Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and software systems.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• At least 1 year in a similar data/operations role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update ERP system data, investigate discrepancies and liaise with colleagues to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with senior systems lead to review processes and implement improvements.
• Gather user requirements for new modules and functionality to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing to keep system data current.
