Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our growing organisation. This newly created role supports the Operations Director by owning operational data, pricing administration, ERP systems support, and process improvements across the business.

The successful candidate will be the go-to person for data accuracy and system administration, ensuring critical information is maintained, analyzed, and utilised effectively to drive better

Formación

• Experience working in an ERP environment.
• Strong data analysis and manipulation in Excel.
• Experience managing and maintaining business-critical data.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues independently.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and manage large volumes of operational and commercial data.
• Review, validate and update pricing information across systems.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and system issues.
• Perform data imports, updates and maintenance activities.
• Produce reports and analysis using Excel and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
• Support workflow and process improvements.
• Assist Operations Director with system-related projects and admin tasks.
• Ensure operational data is maintained with high accuracy and integrity.
