Profitero+ is hiring a Technical Data Analyst for a 3-days-a-week hybrid role based in Winnersh Triangle, Reading. You will support ongoing software operations, manage account updates, and handle queries while coordinating with Sales, Accounts, and Product teams.

The role suits a candidate with 1–2 years in a technical data/customer support environment, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PIVOT), and a keen eye for process improvement. Training and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a technical data/customer support role or a related field.
• Experience owning and delivering initiatives in an operations environment.
• Sound understanding of eCommerce, eBusiness tools, architecture, document management and database management (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage account update tasks to ensure successful outcomes for internal and external customers.
• Resolve queries related to assigned account update tasks and escalate when needed.
• Update timing plans according to SLAs and coordinate with resourcing managers.
• Monitor progress of operational tasks and communicate in Slack channels.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations; highlight deviations from scope.
