Indicium's London team is hiring an Operations Analyst to oversee data across Salesforce and Kantata, ensuring accurate, clean systems and timely updates.

You will automate manual processes with AI tools, maintain staffing data, support contractor governance, and partner with Talent, Sales and People to align data and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in operations, systems administration or data-focused roles.
• Experience administering or maintaining data in Salesforce and/or PSA tools (Kantata/Kimble or similar).
• Interest in using AI tools to automate manual processes.
• Attention to detail given data impacting margins and compliance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Talent, Sales and People.
• Clear, concise written communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recurring workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accuracy and maintenance of data in Salesforce and Kantata.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and duplicates.
• Identify manual processes and use AI to automate or streamline.
• Support weekly staffing reporting using Kantata data.
• Ensure data feeding revenue and margin reporting is accurate.
• Support contractor governance: SOW expiry tracking and margins.
• Collaborate with Talent, Sales and People to align data across systems.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and compliance workflows (IR35/SOW).
