Job summary

Harnham London is seeking an Operations Analytics Lead to headline a high-performing Data & Insights team within a fast-moving fintech. You’ll manage a team of around 4–5 analysts, spending about 60% of your time hands-on, while driving a structured analytics roadmap that aligns with commercial goals.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across Operations, tackling AI and automation, workforce analytics, KYC and customer service, measuring impact with robust statistical frameworks to guide

Qualifications

• Experience leading an analytics team in a regulated environment.
• Strong statistical capabilities including A/B testing and significance.
• Ability to translate data into strategic business decisions.
• Hands-on yet able to set direction and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve processes and workflows.

Responsibilities
