Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is assisting a client in London to hire a Salesforce Data Analyst (Payments) for a 12-month contract. You will support Sales Operations and Data Analysis within Payments/FinTech, maintaining CRM data quality and delivering operational reporting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements, data governance, and UAT efforts. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce expertise are essential, with familiarity in AI productivity tools

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Support.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, dashboards).
Experience supporting contract, procurement, or vendor-management processes.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve Salesforce CRM data integrity (accounts, contacts, contracts, reporting structures).
Perform data analysis using Excel/Sheets with pivot tables and lookups; create dashboards.
Support contract requests and procurement workflows through business systems and approvals.
Produce operational reports and analyze sales performance, merchant volumes, pipeline activity, and key metrics.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Compliance stakeholders.
