Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, transport, waste management or a similar environment.
• Experience supervising front-line teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational teams and vehicle resources.
• Respond to service issues, vehicle breakdowns and staffing challenges.
• Manage customer queries and complaints.
• Monitor performance data and identify service improvements.
• Liaise with maintenance providers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage timesheets, records and operational administration.
• Support training, compliance and health & safety activities.
