Job summary
Our client in Watford, Hertfordshire, is recruiting an Operations Co-Ordinator to support the full lifecycle of customer order fulfilment, from initial enquiries through to delivery coordination and issue resolution.
You will work closely with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full, providing regular updates and handling invoices and supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Customer service or order processing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach essential.
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer orders and provide accurate updates.
- Prepare invoices and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate domestic and international logistics.
- Investigate discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate order records; liaise with internal teams and third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure goods are delivered on time and in full; provide proactive customer updates.
