Job summary

GAC Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in the UK. The role involves coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams to meet client requirements and ensure accurate invoicing, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering precise shipment information.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to service improvement and margin enhancement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Ability to produce and maintain accurate documents.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• A desire to improve services offered to customers by analysing performance and reviewing suppliers.
• Experience working to tight deadlines and effective time management.
• Experience & knowledge of the oil and gas industry (preferred but not essential)

Responsibilities

• Liaising with logistics colleagues and Warehouse to ensure client requirements are met and in place.
• To ensure all invoicing is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensuring accurate information is provided to our clients regarding their material and shipments.
• Problem solving & critical thinking to optimise service delivery and maximise margins.
