Job summary

GAC Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team across multiple UK offices, including Aberdeen, Grangemouth, Felixstowe or Manchester. The role focuses on coordinating logistics, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong client relations to optimise service delivery and margins.

The ideal candidate will communicate well, manage multiple tasks, and use MS Office to maintain precise documents while contributing to continuous improvement in service levels for our customers

Could you be the person we are looking for to join us as our new Operations Coordinator? We want to hear from you. This role can be based in any of our offices in Aberdeen, Grangemouth, Felixstowe or Manchester.

What would your day at GAC look like?
  • Liaising with logistics colleagues and Warehouse to ensure client requirements are met and in place.
  • To ensure all invoicing is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring accurate information is provided to our clients regarding their material and shipments.
  • Problem solving & critical thinking to optimise service delivery and maximise margins.
Job Requirements
What are we looking for?
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to produce and maintain accurate documents.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products.
  • A desire to improve services offered to customers by analysing performance and reviewing suppliers.

  • Experience & knowledge of the oil and gas industry (preferred but not essential)
