Job summary

GAC Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Aberdeen office. You will liaise with logistics teams to meet client requirements, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role focuses on accurate information flow for shipments and optimizing service delivery to maximise margins. Successful candidates will have strong communication, organisational abilities, and experience with Office tools.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Experience producing and maintaining accurate documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Desire to improve services by analysing performance and suppliers.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Experience or knowledge of the oil and gas industry preferred.

• Ensure invoicing is accurate and completed promptly.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
