• Knowledge of HSE documentation preparation and UK legislative compliance.
• Strong documentation, archiving, and reporting skills for service and maintenance history.

Responsibilities

• Meticulous administration of wind farm site activities, including recording technical and commercial data and separating service and warranty costs.
• Raise, schedule and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance via SAP.
• Create daily and weekly site plans to keep maintenance on schedule and support CTV deployment.
• Control and verify SAP data, including timesheets and parts consumption for billing and replenishment.
• Coordinate HSE documentation to ensure UK compliance.
• Maintain complete service and maintenance history through accurate records and archives.
