Job summary

Penumbra is recruiting an Operations Coordinator for the Granite Care Consortium in Aberdeen. The role focuses on coordinating communications, data management, and care delivery activities with GCC providers and care management teams.

You will handle calls and emails, maintain records, and support finance tasks while building strong stakeholder relationships. A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming and outbound calls and responding to email enquiries from GCC providers, care management, and stakeholders.
• Taking ownership of issues and escalating when needed.
• Arranging and taking minutes in meetings where assigned.
• Completing data input tasks (primarily in Excel) with high accuracy.
• Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting the GCC team to meet performance standards and business objectives.
• Undertaking finance processing tasks.
• Deputising for other team members as required.
