Penumbra’s Granite Care Consortium is seeking an Operations Coordinator to act as a key liaison between GCC and stakeholders, ensuring a person-centered approach to delivering care at home in Aberdeen.

You will handle communications, data input (Excel), and support finance processing while maintaining strong professional relationships and contributing to performance goals. The role is permanent, full-time, in Edinburgh-based GCC operations.

• Handle incoming and outbound calls and emails from GCC providers, care management, and other stakeholders.
• Take ownership of issues and escalate when required.
• Arrange and take minutes in meetings as assigned.
• Complete data input tasks (primarily in Excel) with high accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support GCC team to meet performance standards and business objectives.
• Undertake finance processing tasks.
• Deputise for other team members as required.
