Job summary

Granite Care Consortium is seeking an Operations Coordinator based in Aberdeen to act as a key liaison between GCC and care providers. The role focuses on managing communications, data entry in Excel, and maintaining professional relationships to meet service delivery goals.

You will support the GCC team with performance standards and finance tasks, while acting as a back-up for team members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be organised and efficient with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in handling data and records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and email enquiries from GCC providers and stakeholders.
• Take minutes in meetings and support data input tasks requiring accuracy.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support performance.
• Undertake finance processing tasks and deputise for team members as required.
