Mayflower Washroom Solutions in Swindon is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator on a fixed term contract to support depot operations. You will act as the link between Service Drivers and the Depot Manager, ensuring routes are planned and executed efficiently and targets are met.

Key duties include coordinating daily service activities, monitoring fleet performance, maintaining supplies and equipment for routes, and handling customer queries promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating drivers, field-based teams, or service routes.
• Knowledge of fleet management and compliance processes.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Experience working in operational, logistics, transport, or service-based environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good IT skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support route planning to maximise productivity and KPIs.
• Coordinate daily service activities and ensure resources for route completion.
• Support fleet maintenance scheduling and compliance requirements.
• Ensure customer queries and service issues are resolved promptly.
• Monitor driver and vehicle performance and provide feedback to the Depot Manager.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and third-party suppliers.

Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our depot operations on a Fixed term contract.

In this pivotal role, you will act as the link between our Service Drivers and Depot Manager, ensuring service routes are planned and executed effectively, operational targets are achieved, and customer expectations are consistently met.

The Operations CoordinatorroleatMayflowerwill involve:

• Support route planning to maximise productivity and achieve key operational KPIs.
• Coordinate daily service activities and ensure equipment, stock, and resources are available for route completion
• Support fleet maintenance scheduling and compliance requirements.
• Ensure customer queries and service issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Monitor driver and vehicle performance, providing constructive feedback to the Depot Manager.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and third-party suppliers.

The ideal candidate foranOperations atMayflowerwill have:
