A leading real estate services firm in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Operations & Sales Coordinator to manage inbound logistics and oversee the complete order lifecycle. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, possesses a strong background in operations and logistics, and has experience with SAP and Excel. Key responsibilities include liaising with sales teams, ensuring on-time fulfilment, and preparing compliance documentation. This role offers a dynamic environment that requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in operations, order management, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of customs, Incoterms, import/export processes.
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive in solving problems.
  • FMCG or apparel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound logistics and support accurate stock receipt.
  • Manage full order lifecycle: entry, allocation, shipment & delivery.
  • Liaise with sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work with 3PLs to secure delivery slots and ensure on-time fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate SAP data and reconcile inventory.
  • Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Track KPIs, support reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Liaise with Digital, Wholesale & Distributor sales teams
  • Work with 3PLs to secure delivery slots and ensure on‑time fulfilment
  • Maintain accurate SAP data and reconcile inventory
  • Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Track KPIs, support reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications:
