You will work closely with leadership, improve operational workflows, and act as a bridge between sales, finance, and compliance teams. The role offers a hybrid working model with 4 days in the London office and a competitive salary up to £55k plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience with Bullhorn regarding data management, workflows, automations, and compliance.
• Ability to improve and document processes across various functions.
• Experience working with offshore or distributed teams.
