Job summary

Loadbalancer.org Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to shape and strengthen our operational foundations as we scale. You will own export compliance, inventory, quality systems, policies and operational administration while supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll collaborate across departments and drive efficiency in a close-knit team of around 50 people with a hybrid working pattern in the Portsmouth area.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management.
• ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems knowledge.
• Internal auditing experience.
• Strong documentation and policy writing skills.
• Proven project management ability and cross‑functional coordination.
• Process improvement mindset and structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Export Compliance Programme and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee Business Operations, continuity planning and supplier relations.
• Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 27001 policies and conduct internal audits.
• Manage stock levels, inventory costs and supplier communications.
• Maintain policies and internal procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
