Job summary

Quilter plc in Southampton, United Kingdom, is looking for a Lead Capacity Planning and Resource Management professional on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will shape capacity planning, optimise resource use across Operations, and perform scenario analysis for market and regulatory changes using a data-driven model.

You will lead a team of Flow Leaders, oversee the Surge Team, and work with Change and Readiness to forecast demand, absorption, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in capacity planning and resource management within financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and scenario planning skills.
• Proficiency with workforce management tools, specifically ActiveOps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity and resource planning framework for short to long-term horizons.
• Manage a team of Flow Leaders for planning and resource allocation.
• Oversee the Surge Team to address unforeseen challenges.
• Utilise ActiveOps for forecasting, planning, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with run teams and senior leadership on resilience and efficiency.
