Job summary

Quilter plc in Southampton is seeking a Capacity Planning Lead to drive capacity and resource management across Operations. You will conduct proactive scenario planning for external factors and partner with change teams to determine resource needs and absorption against a robust data model.

The role is pivotal to delivering best-in-class service through demand management, operational resilience, and performance forecasting using ActiveOps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in capacity planning and resource management within financial services or similar regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and scenario planning skills.
• Must be proficient with workforce management tools, specifically ActiveOps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a capacity and resource planning framework for short, medium, and long-term horizons for all Operations teams.
• Drive productivity and conduct scenario planning for external factors impacting demand; assess impact of business initiatives on resources.
• Lead a team of Flow Leaders and oversee a flexible Surge Team to address unexpected challenges.
