Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct experience of managing and allocating resources – at least 2 years desirable.
• Proven experience of interacting with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders including senior management.
• Proven experience of mentoring junior members within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate resources across engineering disciplines to meet current and future work.
• Collaborate with demand and supply stakeholders to resolve complex resource challenges.
• Support demand managers and participate in routine/ ad hoc project meetings to address issues.
