Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Capacity Planning Manager in London to own and drive strategic, cross-functional capacity initiatives across Last Mile & Middle Mile networks. You will lead data-driven improvements, define SOPs, and partner with operations, analytics, and tech teams to deliver reliable and cost-efficient transport planning.

The role is based in London with a strong focus on optimizing network capacity and performance through innovative planning and analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Experience in business analytics with proficiency in quantitative analysis using SQL, databases, and Excel in a business environment.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, including operations.

Responsibilities

Lead process improvement initiatives to boost operational performance.
Establish and maintain operations metrics and present them to leadership in regular reviews.
Document SOPs and share best practices across departments and network.
Collaborate with stakeholders to secure resources for projects and initiatives.
Own the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of large-scale projects.
