Zinc in London is seeking an organised Operations Associate to join our growing Core Operations team. You’ll manage day-to-day operational processes, maintain HubSpot data integrity, and support reporting for leadership.

This entry-level role offers hands-on rotations across operations, data tasks, and process improvement, with clear opportunities to advance as the business scales. You’ll rotate quarterly, collaborating with Account Management, Sales and Finance to drive efficiency and accuracy.

• Commercial team support: first point of contact for operational queries and invoicing issues.
• Exception handling: resolve complex client setups and non-automatable billing cases.
• Process documentation: document existing workflows to support automation and improvements.
• Ad-hoc reporting: pull and organise information for leadership decisions.
• Team enablement: provide capacity for the core team to focus on high-impact projects.
