Job summary

Zinc is hiring a GTM Operations Lead in London to own the commercial data model, pipeline, and forecasting across channels. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Outbound, ensuring a single, clean definition of leads, opportunities and renewals.

You will run a small analyst team from day one as a hands-on player-coach, growing the team as Zinc expands. Prior RevOps experience and CRM/BI fluency are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience running ops for a revenue function (sales, marketing or RevOps) at a similar-stage company.
• CRM fluency with HubSpot; ability to define and enforce clean data standards.
• BI/reporting fluency; comfortable building dashboards and analyses from clean data.
• Has managed at least one direct report or shows readiness to.
• Strong stakeholder communication with Heads of and senior leaders.
• Hands-on in year one; not a pure people-manager seat.
• Able to turn a messy commercial process into a clear, ownable system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Outbound on goals and revenue strategy.
• Own the commercial data model, pipeline, and forecasting across channels.
• Own renewals, upsell, partner/outbound pipeline, risk flagging, and handoffs.
• Lead ad hoc RevOps initiatives and collaborate with Heads of and Head of Ops.
• Run a small analyst team as a player-coach and grow it as needed.
