About the Role

The Receptionist will welcome members and provide a premium experience by managing queries and bookings both face to face and by telephone, while keeping the reception area clean, tidy and presented to brand standards. Team members are described as the ambassadors of the business and the heart of what we do, and the role is part of a team that creates an environment where colleagues feel a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally.
