Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our club operations and ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day.

You will assist across departments with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing checks, greeting members and supporting teams as needed. We foster an inclusive culture where colleagues can thrive, with opportunities for development and internal training.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support cleaning, opening and closing tasks.
• Greet members and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Assist departments across the club as needed.

• Has an over all passion for customer service
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.
