Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Southampton is seeking an Operations Assistant to support across the club, ensuring our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week. You will assist with opening and closing tasks, greet members and support teams wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

This role rewards teamwork and a passion for customer service, with a focus on fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support departments across the club with cleaning and opening/closing tasks.
• Greet members and support teams wherever needed.

• Has an over all passion for customer service
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.
