Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Croydon is seeking an Operations Assistant to support across the club, ensuring members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week.

You will help with cleaning, opening/closing tasks, greeting members and supporting teams wherever needed to keep the club running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and member experience.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

• Has an over all passion for customer service
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.
