You will support across the club with tasks such as welcoming members, assisting with opening and closing duties, keeping areas clean, and helping teams wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist club members and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support opening and closing procedures and routine club tasks.
• Assist cleaning, tidying and ensuring safety and standards are met across the club.
• Support team members and other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
