David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience daily. You will support various club departments with tasks like cleaning, opening/closing, greeting members, and assisting teams wherever needed.

This role plays a key part in maintaining a thriving, inclusive club culture and delivering top-tier member service. We value teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support across the club with cleaning, opening and closing tasks.
• Greet members and assist teams wherever needed.
• Provide excellent member experience 7 days a week.
