Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Woking is seeking an Operations Assistant to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week, across the club.

Your duties include helping with cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting members, and supporting teams wherever needed. This role offers the chance to grow with internal training and develop within a thriving, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Has a passion for customer service.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance across the club.
• Opening and closing tasks.
• Greeting and assisting members.

This role will support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams wherever needed.
