Job summary

David-Lloyd-Clubs is seeking an Operations Assistant to support Club operations and deliver a safe, welcoming experience for our members every day of the week. You will help across departments with tasks such as cleaning, opening/closing duties, greeting members, and supporting teams to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Emergency Response qualification is desirable but not essential.

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
