Job summary

Harnham is seeking an Operations Analytics & Insight Lead in London with a hybrid pattern (3 days in office). The role combines people leadership, strategy, and hands-on analytics to drive operational performance and AI-enabled transformation.

You will define the analytics roadmap, manage senior stakeholder expectations, and deliver measurable business impact across a complex environment. Strong SQL, statistics and experience with AI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading analytics teams and setting strategy.
• Advanced SQL, statistics, experimentation and performance measurement.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable analytics.
• Experience with AI/tools to automate processes and improve Outcomes.
• Experience in regulated/financial services environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts with analytics engineering support.
• Define and deliver the analytics roadmap across operations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise work and drive decisions.
• Develop measurement frameworks for performance, efficiency and outcomes.
• Deliver hands-on analysis using SQL and experimentation techniques.
• Support AI and automation initiatives with analytics and insights.
