Harnham in London is seeking an experienced Operations Analytics & Insight Lead to join a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will lead a team of 4-5 analysts with a hands-on approach (60% delivery, 40% strategy) to shape the analytics roadmap and drive automation and AI adoption.

You will deliver hands-on analysis using SQL and statistical methods, influence senior stakeholders, and help scale data-driven initiatives across Operations in a regulated fintech context.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and analytical/statistical skills.
• 2+ years' people management experience.
• Experience in fintech or regulated environments is desirable.
• Hybrid: 3 days per week in London office.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of 4-5 analysts.
• Shape the analytics strategy and move the team from reactive requests to a structured roadmap.
• Deliver hands-on analysis using SQL, experimentation and statistical testing.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Support AI, chatbot and copilot initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
• Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insight.
