You will lead a growing analytics team, set the analytics strategy across operational functions, and develop measurement frameworks. The position includes significant exposure to senior stakeholders and AI-driven projects.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience leading analytics teams and developing analytical capability.
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on delivery.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and translating analysis into business action.
• Strong statistical knowledge, including experimentation and significance testing.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated environment.
• Practical use of AI tools to improve processes, productivity, or decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of analysts and supporting their growth.
• Setting analytics strategy for operational functions and influencing senior decision-making.
• Creating frameworks to measure operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Bringing structure and prioritisation to a reactive analytics environment.
• Delivering hands-on analysis, experimentation, and statistical evaluation.
• Automating manual reporting to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Supporting AI and chatbot initiatives by developing operational context and insights.
• Collaborating with operational leaders to shape roadmaps and analytical delivery.
