Harnham - Data and Analytics Recruitment is recruiting an Operations Analytics and Insight Lead for a London fintech business. The role blends hands-on analytics (60%) with strategy and people leadership (40%), guiding a team of 4–5 and shaping the operational roadmap.

You'll drive performance measurement, run A/B tests, and oversee AI/chatbot initiatives, automation, and workforce analytics across customer service and KYC. Hybrid work: three days in the office.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of people management experience.
• Strong statistical thinking and STEM background.
• Strong SQL skills; Python and AI tooling experience are a plus.
