TRIP, based in London, seeks an Operations Analyst to own data, software and analytics across UK and US operations. You will ensure seamless data flow, automate analytics and reduce manual work by building better processes and integrations.

You’ll report to the Head of Operations Europe and collaborate with AI, Finance and external partners while maintaining reliable data and dashboards for decision making.

Qualifications

• Programming and process mindset with experience in software, data and systems.
• Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script, VBA, Power Query and Office Script.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as GCP, Azure and Snowflake.
• Excellent Excel skills and comfortable dealing with large data sets.
• Experience improving a process or automating a repetitive task, with a measurable outcome.
• Clear communication with operational colleagues, Finance and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and prioritisation in a growing business.
• A practical interest in AI and automation to improve everyday work.

Responsabilités

• Seamless data flow and automated analytics for the business.
• Manage data flows through Snowflake and our forecasting tools for monthly planning.
• Support the setup and testing of new software connections, ensuring data accuracy.
• Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Drive continuous improvement with AI and automation to deliver measurable gains across the business.
• Develop dashboards and performance measures, highlighting exceptions and areas needing attention.
• Document processes and training materials to share knowledge across the team.
