• Genuinely comfortable operating as a generalist across data work, process improvement and operational coordination.
• Demonstrable experience owning and delivering analytical work end-to-end, not just executing a defined task.
• An understanding of AI-enabled development, with sound judgement on when and why to apply these tools.
• Systems thinking, able to see how a metric, a process and a governance point connect, rather than analysing in isolation.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging and challenging senior managers directly.
• Ability to work through ambiguous problems and identify the right approach, rather than needing the problem pre-defined.
• Practical experience in a business analytics or operations setting, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
