TRIP is seeking an Operations Systems Specialist to maintain and improve our global supply chain data and systems. You will own day-to-day processes, ensuring stock, production, financial and order information aligns across UK and US operations.

A key focus is identifying root causes of data issues and reducing manual work through better processes and automation. You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Analyst and external partners, working with Unleashed, Xero and partner

Formación

• Typically 2–4+ years’ experience in operations systems, supply chain analysis or ERP support.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/inventory/warehouse systems.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and data manipulation.

Responsabilidades

• Keep operational systems and data accurate across UK and US supply chains.
• Maintain master data in Unleashed (SKUs, BOMs, product info).
• Monitor transactions (production, stock transfers, invoicing).
• Ensure inventory balances reconcile with Finance at month-end.
• Manage integrations with Unleashed, Xero and partner systems.
