Job summary

Linklaters is seeking an Operations Advisor - Workplace & Employee Experience to enhance our UK estate. You’ll oversee daily workplace operations, supplier relationships, reporting, and improvement projects, ensuring a seamless, efficient environment for colleagues and clients.

Ideal candidates will manage contracts, monitor service quality, analyse insights, and coordinate space design changes while minimising disruption.

Qualifications

• Experience in a workplace, facilities or office services role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
• Experience supporting supplier and contract management, including working directly with vendors and monitoring service performance.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn information into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience updating drawings using CAD.
• Experience supporting financial processes such as purchase orders, invoicing and budget tracking.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, alongside a proactive and collaborative approach.
• A genuine service-focused mindset and an interest in continuously improving the workplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of employee-facing workplace services across our UK estate.
• Take ownership of lower-tier service contracts, monitoring supplier performance and service quality.
• Work closely with suppliers, tracking performance against agreed standards and maintaining accurate records.
• Produce reporting and analyse data to generate workplace insights and identify opportunities to improve our services.
• Support financial processes, including purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking.
• Help maintain governance frameworks to support consistent and compliant service delivery.
• Support workplace design and change initiatives, coordinating suppliers and activities while minimising disruption to the business.
• Help manage workplace environments and services, including wellbeing spaces, the Fitness Centre and artwork across the estate.
• Support workplace and building systems and maintaining information on platforms including Glider and BIM/Revit records.
• Manage workplace processes including storage, neighbourhood space allocations and drawing updates.
• Take ownership of workplace moves in line with our workplace principles.
• Support the ongoing development and implementation of workplace policies, processes and principles.
