This broad, hands-on role involves reviewing building performance, coordinating contractors, resolving issues and leading office moves or improvement projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in building and technical services.
• Experience overseeing building operations, compliance and quality control.
• Proven ability to coordinate suppliers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support technical, engineering and facilities services across UK offices.
• Ensure building systems are reliable, efficient and compliant.
