Job summary

Linklaters is seeking an Operations Advisor - Technical and Building Services to support day-to-day operation of UK offices. You will work across technical services, facilities management and building projects to ensure workplaces are safe, compliant and efficient.

This broad, hands-on role involves reviewing building performance, coordinating contractors, resolving issues and leading office moves or improvement projects while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing building and technical services within a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of building operations, maintenance, compliance and quality control.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support technical, engineering and facilities services across UK offices.
• Keep building systems reliable, efficient and fully operational.
• Coordinate with landlords, suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
• Support delivery of facilities services including cleaning, security and waste management.
• Lead building changes, moves and projects with minimal disruption and strong compliance.
