Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking an Operations Administrator to join the Operations team at our Thame office. You will deliver operational support to ensure vibrant content and provide best-in-class customer support to retailers.

The role offers hybrid working and an annual salary up to £26K DOE, with generous holiday and pension benefits, plus wellness and CSR initiatives. You will work with Salesforce and MS Office tools to maintain records and drive efficient field operations.

Qualifications

• Experience using MS Office suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and use business software quickly.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and dispatch account tool-kits and documentation to required standards and timescales.
• Manage account equipment distribution and asset tracking for service delivery.
• Follow audit/QC processes on contracts/photographs and completed work.
• Document working processes and contribute to improvements.
• Represent the operations team at Field Meetings as required.
• Use systems like Salesforce to maintain field support records.
• Conduct field visits and share learnings with the team.
• Handle pressure and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Multi-task and manage deadlines; adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
