Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our growing operations function. This role will be critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, with a focus on timesheet management, reporting, contracts, compliance, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience in Operations/ Administration and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timesheet Management: Oversee Consultant timesheets, ensuring accurate submission and approvals.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyse operational reports to support decision-making.
  • Contracts & Compliance: Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Operational Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, process improvements, and ad hoc requests.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for Consultants, clients, and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in administration within an operations setting (essential).
  • Knowledge of contracts and compliance (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days in the London office, 2 days remote).
