Description

The Operations Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations by carrying out all administration of waste processing and sampling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all administration of waste processing and sampling.
  • Coordination and processing of plant KPIs and plant checks
  • Support the coordination of plant maintenance and repairs
  • Purchasing and procurement of site consumables
  • Support onsite operational trials and operational function or projects
  • Using time management system to ensure accurate recording of staff working hours
  • Support in ensuring full compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including health and safety and employment.
  • Assisting management with on-boarding of new employees
  • Assisting management with financial forecasting through use of reporting system


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Relevant years of experience in an administrative role
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Keen eye for detail
